1. About the service

Cakji Cakes is an application that allows customers to browse products from participating sellers, manage a cart and prepare orders for communication with sellers.

2. Product information

Product names, images, prices, sizes, availability and seller information may be supplied or updated by participating sellers. Cakji Cakes does not guarantee that every listing is continuously available or error-free.

3. Orders and WhatsApp

When a customer chooses WhatsApp ordering, the app prepares an order message and opens WhatsApp for the seller's configured number. The seller confirms availability, pricing, delivery details and fulfilment. An order is not considered accepted merely because a WhatsApp message was prepared or opened.

4. Accounts

Users are responsible for keeping their account credentials secure and for providing accurate information. Seller accounts may be subject to trial, subscription, blocking or other store-status controls.

5. Privacy

Use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Changes

Features, products, seller availability and these terms may change as the service develops.
