Delete Your Cakji Cakes Account

You can request deletion of your Cakji Cakes customer or seller account and associated personal data.

Before publishing: the Android app source reviewed currently does not contain an in-app account-deletion implementation. Add a visible “Delete Account” option inside the app and make it actually delete the Firebase Authentication account and associated Firestore data before submitting to Google Play.

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email from the account email address, or identify the account clearly.
  2. Use the subject: Cakji Cakes Account Deletion Request.
  3. Include the email address used for the Cakji Cakes account and whether it is a Customer or Seller account.

What should be deleted

Once the deletion workflow is implemented, the request should delete the applicable Firebase Authentication account and associated personal profile data stored in Firestore. Any data that must be retained for a legitimate legal or security reason should be clearly explained to the user.

For the current static site, the deletion button uses the support address configured in config.js.
